Elite Session: JR-Belle AA

Prepare for try-outs and the upcoming season!
•    3.5 hours of intense on-ice instruction to refine offensive and defensive skills and tactics

•    1 hour of sport specific off-ice training
•    1 hour classroom session to develop psychological skills
•    Nutrition sessions,  team building activities and fun off-ice games

The SBCRC Elite Camp is designed for players aged 14 and older who are playing at the AA and Canada Winter Games level.  It is for players who are striving to bring their game to the next level, whether it is to win a Provincial Championship, make the CWG team, or even represent their country on the world stage.  SBCRC Elite offers three and half hours of intense on-ice instruction per day, sport specific off-ice training and technical sessions that teach elite strategy and mental toughness.  Are you up for the challenge?  It will be a week of highly competitive and vigorous ringette – training with and against the best players in the province.
All Instructors are current and former Team Canada Players or National Ringette League players who know what it takes to be successful in our sport!
